Yes, we provide fixed price quotes for all of our renovations. There is nothing worse than entering into a renovation project and getting a nasty surprise when the final invoice is received, due to getting an estimate quotation. Our quote summarises everything that is included in the project and extra charges are only for unforeseen work that cannot be viewed at the quotation stage or extra work that is added by the owners.
Absolutely, we will suggest bathroom fixtures at the quote stage so you know exactly what is needed, though you have the option to make changes to suit your taste and budget. We always suggest to clients to choose our suppliers for a number of reasons. We are confident of the quality, we can manage the logistics, can pass on trade prices and any troubleshooting during the renovations is easier since we have direct contact.
We specialise on complete bathroom renovations and don’t usually take on partial renovations unless there is another complete bathroom getting renovated on site.
We offer a 5 year warranty on all workmanship carried out by our tradesmen. All the bathroom fixtures have their own warranties ranging from 5-20 years.
We will require a 50% deposit 6-8 weeks before your start date so we can order all your fixtures and the final 50% is paid once the job is fully completed, although we are flexible with payment structures.
No, and in fact some people prefer to arrange the renovation whilst they are away on holiday to minimize disruptions. Your home will always be treated with the upmost respect.
Building consent is generally not required if you are replacing like for like in your bathroom renovation.
Our team will ensure you have a working toilet at the end of each day. We can also organise a portable bathroom to be dropped off at your property.
Underfloor heating is the preferred method, though a bathroom wall heater is another option.
